By accessing or using VRouter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VRouter provides an OpenAI-compatible API endpoint that routes requests to various large language model providers. The Service includes API access, model routing, usage tracking, and a user dashboard.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key and account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only.
You may not use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the API.
You may not resell access to the Service without authorization.

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

VRouter imposes rate limits based on your subscription tier. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or account suspension.

6. Privacy

We do not store your prompts or completions. We collect anonymized usage metadata (model, token counts, latency) for routing optimization. See our Fair Use Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your inputs and outputs. VRouter does not claim ownership over any content processed through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

VRouter is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any material changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
